Plastic bottles are mainly made of materials such as polyethylene or polypropylene and added with a variety of organic solvents. After high-temperature heating, they are blown, extruded, or injection-molded plastic containers through plastic molds.


Common material classification


  • PET plastic bottles

Environmentally friendly material, can be in direct contact with the material body. It has high barrier properties, light weight, soft material, non-breakable, high transparency, and can be made into pearlescent, colored, magnetic white, and transparent. It is not resistant to high temperatures and is easy to change shape above 40 degrees.

  • HEPE plastic bottles

Environmentally friendly material, can be in direct contact with the material body. One-time molding, direct injection of finished products. The surface is matte, not as bright as PET, the caliber is relatively rough, and it cannot be transparent. The surface treatment of PE material is not suitable for spraying, cannot be colored, and is easy to fall off; special fire treatment is required when silk-screening.

  • PP plastic bottes

Environmentally friendly material, can be in direct contact with the material body. It has low density, and its strength, rigidity, hardness and heat resistance are better than PET, and it can be used at around 100 degrees. It becomes brittle at low temperatures and is not wear-resistant, so it is generally used as the preferred material for cosmetic lids.

  • ‌PETG plastic bottles

PETG is a transparent non-crystalline copolyester made by polycondensation of three monomers: terephthalic acid (PTA), ethylene glycol (EG) and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM)‌1.

Compared with PET and PE, PETG has unique properties. It is resistant to high temperatures, has high transparency and good gloss. It can be made into an ultra-thick shape similar to a glass bottle, is easy to print and is environmentally friendly.

  • PMMA plastic bottles

is an injection-molded bottle with poor chemical resistance. It is generally not suitable for directly loading pastes and requires an inner liner to block it. It is not easy to fill it too full to prevent the paste from entering the inner liner and the acrylic bottle and cracking. It is easy to scratch during transportation, so the packaging requirements are high. It has high permeability and a particularly thick upper wall, but the price is quite expensive.
