Injection molds are used for solid, complex parts (like caps and thick-walled jars) and require a longer development cycle (30-40 days) but offer higher precision and durability.

Q2: Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?​

A: Yes, we provide stock samples for quality checking. For custom-colored or printed samples, a sampling fee may apply, which will be refunded upon confirmation of your bulk order.

Q3: Do you provide design assistance for custom jars?​

A: Absolutely. Our R&D team supports structural design and offers suggestions on materials and finishes to ensure your packaging is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

  4. Contract Signing

    Upon agreement, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and sign a contract to legally protect both parties' interests.

  5. Deposit Payment

    Production commences once we receive the deposit (typically 30%-50% T/T).

  6. Production & Quality Control

    We arrange mass production. Throughout the process, our ISO9001-certified QC team conducts rigorous inspections to ensure every bottle meets your standards.

  7. Final Inspection & Balance Payment

    We share product photos/videos for your approval. Shipment is arranged after receiving the balance payment.

  8. Logistics & After-Sales Support

    We handle global shipping (Sea/Air/Express) and provide tracking. Our team remains available for any after-sales inquiries.
